Lt. Col. Roy Tisdale's wife and children unveil a plaque on the new Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility for the 525th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade, Nov. 8. The building was named in honor of their husband and father, who commanded the 525th Brigade Support Battalion.
