Warrior Jam 2012 & Operation Outreach
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Join us on august 25th at the crown arena
Fayetteville, NC
Looking for a fun way to give back to our Military, Veterans, First Responders and their Families while enjoying yourself at the same time! We are looking for 50 awesome Volunteers looking to join and support Warrior Jam 2012 and Operation Outreach!
As a member of our volunteer team, you can meet new friends, enjoy the exciting setting, and experience amazing concert and event activities all day long.
Who can volunteer?
Volunteers of all ages and abilities are welcome. Individuals, families, and groups are all part of the Warrior Jam 2012 & Operation Outreach volunteer team.
What are the tasks for volunteers at the Festival?
- Set Up - Assist with setting up the events, assembling tables and chairs, distributing materials, trash cans, and setting up booths.
- Entrances - Volunteers assist with greeting patrons, distributing programs, stamping hands, collecting donations, and providing general information.
- Survey Team - Conduct simple, short surveys of patrons. This information helps us plan future events.
- Ushering - Help patrons find appropriate seating; in particular, the senior section and handicap accessible area.
- Bucket Brigade - Volunteers in this position collect donations throughout the events.
- Valet - Assist the parking lot area for VIP & Volunteers Parking Only area.
- Post-Concert Break Down - Collecting garbage and recycling, assisting in VIP area breakdown, breaking down booths, gathering material for storage, etc.
Can groups volunteer?
Volunteer groups of ten or more people are welcome. Gather your family, friends, or colleagues for a fun day out at the Crown Arena.

What kind of perks do volunteers receive?
Aside from the unending adoration of the staff and audience, volunteers at the Festival receive seats at concerts, snacks, and, free T-shirts did we mention the unending adoration?
Can volunteers receive school credit?
Student looking for Community Service Hours are encourage to volunteer and discuss the requirements with the volunteer coordinator.
