A 16-month-old Spring Lake, N.C., child died by blunt force trauma, officials have determined.

An autopsy performed by the State Medical Examiner has determined that a 16-month old child died as the result of blunt force trauma to the head according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.
The body of Keiden Demus was found inside a home at 2716 Edwards Avenue, Spring Lake on the morning of June 11, 2012.
Cumberland County Sheriff’s Detectives are continuing to investigate.
No further information is available at this time.
