Job Title: Optical Technician

Description: This is a full time position at the Eye Care Center in Fayetteville. Employees will be responsible for working with customers, assisting them in selecting frames, recommending lenses and selling optical goods. Tasks associated with this position include filling ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fitting and adapting lenses and frames by performing various duties.

Qualifications: Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and up to one year of related customer service experience is preferred. Employees need a basic knowledge of math and the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra. Good customer service skills are a must and a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
