FORT BRAGG, N.C. - The case of U.S. v. Schwartz, originally docketed for Oct. 24 to 26, has been postponed due to procedural motions by the government and the defense. A new trial date has not been set
First Lt. Daniel Schwartz, an officer assigned to 1st Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, faces charges relating to the death of Pvt. Danny Chen in Afghanistan in 2011.
