Muralist Scott LoBaido completes the 45-foot American flag mural at Festival Park on Tuesday, September 10, 2013.
The artist saw it as a way to give back to the soldiers in the community for the jobs they endure. Traveling from New York, LoBaido is supporting the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation and the Gary Sinise Foundation through his art that will be appreciated at Friday night's concert to benefit two Wounded Warriors.
Army Master Sgt. John Masson and Marine Staff Sgt. Thomas McRae are triple amputees and they each will be the recipient of a Smart home designed to accommodate them through the tickets to the concert at Festival Park.
