Christian Grey Actor Cast in 'Fifty Shades of Grey'
The film's release date is August 1, 2014.
Universal made the announcement on Monday for the cast of characters for their film adaptation of the steamy book series Fifty Shades of Grey.
Charlie Hunnam was cast to play the smoldering Christian Grey. You might recognize this star from Sons of Anarchy.
His co-star, Anastasia, will be played by Dakota Johnson.

The screenplay by Kelly Marcel will be released on Aug. 1, 2014. The film will be directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson and produced by Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti alongside author E L James.
