There's a new free service that helps North Carolina parents find child care. CareLuLu enables parents to do a personalized search to find a daycare or a preschool based on budget, hours, teaching philosophy, facilities and even something as specific as a peanut free environment. CareLuLu verifies that all daycares and preschools listed on the website are licensed. The website also has tuition rates by different age groups and different part time options.
