South Carolina Man Faces Sex Crimes Involving 4 Cumberland County Children
Multiple sex offenses against Fred Holloway, III.
Cumberland County Sheriff’s Detectives have charged a Columbia, South Carolina man with multiple sex crimes against four local children.
Fred Holloway III, 27, of 201 John Mark Dial Drive, is being held in the Richland County Jail on similar charges and subsequently confessed to inappropriate behavior with children in the Cumberland County area. Those crimes allegedly occurred between 2005 and 2010 according to Debbie Tanna, Public Information Officer.

In addition to the charges Holloway faces in Richland County, he now faces multiple charges in Fayetteville including; first degree rape of a child, first degree sex offense with a child, sex offense in a parental role, crimes against nature, taking indecent liberties with a child and disseminating obscene material to a minor.
Holloway will answer charges he is now facing in South Carolina and will be extradited to Cumberland County to face additional charges.
