Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair's Arraignment
Tuesday court will be in session at Fort Bragg to determine the outcome in the high profile case.
The Army's notable Col. James L. Pohl will preside over Tuesday's hearing for Gen. Jeffrey A. Sinclair inside Fort Bragg's courthouse.
According to the charges from the November trial, the officer had licentious sexual escapades since 2008 with four women during his time in Germany, Iraq and Afghanistan.
If convicted, Sinclair could face life in prison on the most serious of the 25 counts of sex-related charges that include wrongful sexual contact, sodomy and adultery, which are considered crimes in military.
