Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair Trial, Recess Until 1:35p.m.

With Gen. Sinclair's former female aide on the stand, sensitive questioning forced a recess.

During the second day of Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair's Article-32 hearing, the female captain involved in the sexual relationship gave an emotional testimony about the details and extent of the abuse of power in the relationship.

At 12:35p.m. the defense was interrogating the female and questions surrounding classified information needed to be broached when Maj. Gen. Perry Wiggins announced a one hour recess.

Maj. Gen. Wiggins asked if Brig. Gen. Sinclair's clearance was valid and his lawyer's confirmed that it has been suspended, which means he will have to leave the courtroom during the classified questioning.
