Pond Search for Missing Soldier Called Off

No new leads have been found in the investigation.

Thursday at 4:40 p.m., Police Chief Tom Bergamine held a press conference and reported that the pond off of Dobbin Holmes Road did not uncover any new clues in the investigation.

Bergamine confirmed that the last person to see Pfc. Kelli Bordeaux was Nicholas Holbert, but confirmed that he is not a person of interest after two interviews.

Investigators plan to start back at the Froggy Bottoms Bar on Ramsey Street in the continued search for Bordeaux. Bergamine could not verify any more details other than there were approximately 20 people inside the bar that night and they are still following up on leads.
