The University of Phoenix Offers Continuity for Military Students

College courses can taken in a traditional class setting or online.

The University of Phoenix in Fayetteville is an online college that offers associate, bachelors, masters and doctorate degrees in business and management, criminal justice and security, education, human services, nursing and health care, psychology, and technology.

Military students who are active duty, veterans, members of the Reserve or National Guard, or military spouses are eligible for special tuition rates that include direct billing to either a military or a government billing plan. Interested military students can enroll at the Fayetteville Learning Center, just off Raeford Road, or by visiting the school's online campus.

The University of Phoenix offers extremely flexible course schedules, ideal for military members' unpredictable lifestyles. It's military enrollment advisers have served in the military themselves, and the faculty includes active duty members, civilian contractors and Department of Defense associates.

The university offers classes to its military students who are deployed. Students can take online classes through the Asia Pacific in Guam, Japan and South Korea, or in Europe through Belgium, Germany, Italy or the United Kingdom. Work can be transferred if students are relocated.
