Miss NC Motor Speedway studies radiography at FTCC

What do you get when you combine brains and beauty? Jessica Osborn, Miss North Carolina Motor Speedway 2012. She will be making an appearance in Fayetteville at the end of the month on behalf of a children's charity.

Jessica, a 20-year-old sophomore at Fayetteville Technical Community College, is majoring in Radiography but she takes time out to give back to her community.

There will be no pit stops for this North Carolina girl, as she travels making appearances at races and race tracks throughout the state of North Carolina.

This beauty won't be at the tracks racing, but she will be racing into the hearts of thousands of race fans and children in need in the state of North Carolina.  Jessica will be the Official Spokeswoman of the Miss North Carolina Motor Speedway Organization.  She will make a mark in the lives of others that can't be erased, through working with Speedway Children's Charities Charlotte Chapter, the Official Volunteer Platform of Miss North Carolina Motor Speedway and Motor Speedway Pageants.

Jessica will work in partnership with Speedway Children's Charities Charlotte Chapter to raise funds for children in need  through hosting Princess "4" a Day & Toy “4” a Boy with Miss North Carolina Motor Speedway at the Charlotte Motor Speedway on October 14-15, 2011.  This charity event will be promoted at the Charlotte Motor Speedway during her reign as Miss North Carolina Motor Speedway 2012.  Jessica will also host a Princess "4" a Day & Toy “4” a Boy with Miss North Carolina Motor Speedway at Christ United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, NC  October 29, 2011 at 5PM to raise funds for children in need, and to promote self esteem, integrity, character, and respect, in boys and girls.

Jessica will represent the state of North Carolina at the national Miss Motor Speedway Pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada March 8-13, 2012.
