Went to Baldinos at Ft. Bragg No 0057(on my receipt) and a white short guy that looks like he was the manager in turn made me have the worst lunch time ever. I am doing PUNCHH and when I showed my code the guy told me that he cannot do it now because there was a long line. He told me that will need to to pass my turn to the other people and when he finished with them he can do my PUNCHH code redeemtion. Then also he said that he cannot do it because I wrote it in a piece of paper. When you click on Punchh to redeem the code, the same applications ask you to write it down, the guy said that he needs to see it on my telephone. What he does not know is that when it shows it to you ask you to write it dowm plus when the telephone screen gets off and you try to pull it again, it desapears and yo cannot pull it back, (it happens to me). To finished he said that if I did not want to let the people behind me go first and waite I do not need to eat there. WOOW Sir, need customer service training ASAP. Sorry that I had to put up with this since I really like Baldinos!. Previous times when I redeem my code the lady at the counter had the list printed, I showed the code and she looks on the list, match the code and that's it. I was never told we cannot do it now because is rush time.
A. On the Punch direections there is not time exceptions
B. Punchh does not say "you need to show it from your phone" It says Write it down.
I wish this does not happen to nobody else!!!
