Fayetteville Murder Suspect Apprehended in Texas

Kelly Elliott and Joseph Haskins have both been taken into custody in connection with shooting death of Errol Williams.

On Wednesday US Marshal's Service Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force located and arrested Kelly Elliott at a residence in Conroe, Tx, a suburb of Houston.

Fayetteville's Elliott, thought to be the trigger-man, was wanted as a suspect in the convenience store murder, among other crimes that could involve human trafficking. Law enforcement considered him to be armed and extremely dangerous.

Elliott is said to have ties to human trafficking crimes in Fayetteville, taking advantage of young females. Additionally, he is facing first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree kidnapping and robbery with a dangerous weapon charges in connection with Williams' death.
