Sign-up early for complimentary and discounted tickets for family fun

Insanity Workout - Are you ready to sweat? Do you want to do an insane workout?  On Saturday, Nov. 5, Beach body fitness instructor Shaun T will be at Ritz-Epps Physical Fitness Center to host a live "Insanity Workout."  Get ready to be pushed past your limits as Shaun T takes you through a variety of non-stop exercises during a fast-paced 60-minute session.  Shaun T will host two sessions on Nov. 5: 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.  Tickets are now on sale. Active Duty and Department of Defense identification cardholders can purchase tickets for $5 through Nov. 4 at Leisure Travel Services.  General public tickets can be purchased online beginning Oct. 15 for $17.15 (includes online surcharge) at www.fortbraggmwr.com.  Get your tickets early as space is limited. The first 100 registrants for each session will have the opportunity to meet Shaun T. Discounted Carolina Panthers Tickets - The Carolina Panthers are excited to offer for the Military Appreciation Day on Veterans Day, November 13th, a special military ticket rate for military personnel in the Carolinas.   You may purchase a $52 ticket at the special military rate of $32 each.  Availability is limited and sold on a first come, first serve basis through this online offer only.  To take advantage of this special offer, follow the instructions below:

On the first page, you will be asked to enter an offer code.  Enter MILPAN2011 in this box.
The next screen will say your offer code has been accepted and ask you to create an account by entering your email address in the far right blue box that says "Create an account".  If you have purchased tickets through a previous offer with the Panthers, enter your email address and password in the space requested.
Follow the prompts to purchase tickets, including selecting the number of tickets you wish to purchase and entering your credit card information.
Tickets will be emailed directly to you and you can print your tickets at home.
 
Free Tickets East Carolina University vs. University of Southern Mississippi - Army Community Service has received a donation of approximately 500 tickets to the upcoming East Carolina University Military Appreciation Day game vs. the University of Southern Mississippi.  The game is scheduled for Saturday, November 5, 4 p.m. in Greenville, NC.  First priority for tickets will be active duty soldiers and their families.  Tickets will be available from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. beginning Friday, October 28 on a first-come, first-serve basis at the ACS Installation Volunteer Services office, 3rd Floor, Soldier Support Center.  Phone or email requests to hold tickets will not be accepted.  There will also be a limit of 4 tickets per individual.

Heroes Crusade: An Athlete's Campaign Rugby, Golf and Run/Walk/Bike - The trifecta will include rugby, golf and a run/walk/bicycle ride and its purpose is to raise awareness and funds for wounded warriors. Proceeds will benefit Wounded Warrior Project, Green Beret Foundation and RDU AMBUCS. The golf tournament will be Nov. 4 at Cypress Lakes Golf Course at 9:30 a.m. The rugby tournament will be Nov. 5 at 9 a.m. at Jordan Soccer Complex. The run/walk/bike ride will be Nov. 6, starting at various times. To register to participate in any of the events as an athlete, sponsor or donor, go to heroescrusade.com. Heroes Crusade will be part of Heroes Homecoming, a 10-day celebration for Vietnam veterans leading up to Veterans Day. The 50-plus event series will feature celebrations, discussions and fellowship.
