Cumberland County Sheriff’s Detectives have arrested a Fayetteville man on numerous sex charges involving two under-aged girls.
Luis Francisco Colon,25, of 6055 Henriette Drive was taken into custody today at his home. He is being held on a $760,000 secured bond, in the Cumberland County Detention Center.
Colon is charged with three counts of statutory rape, two counts of 2nd degree kidnapping, two counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor and one count of disseminating obscene materials to a minor.
Colon’s victims were a 13 and 15 year old girl who say their sexual relationship with him began earlier this year. Colon allegedly engaged in inappropriate behavior with his victims at his home.
Colon is expected to make a first appearance to face these charges in the Detention Center courtroom on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 2:30 p.m.
