Woman Claims Rape at Carver Falls

On March 31, 2012 a local woman claims she was raped while jogging along Carvers Fall Road at approximately 9:00 p.m. according to Debbie Tanna, Public Information Officer.
The crime was initially reported to military authorities and based on their investigation; this case was forwarded to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office on the evening of April 12, 2012.
The victim says she jogged along a wooded area off Carvers Fall Road when she was attacked and forcibly raped.
